Most spins last around 20 seconds, so Sprout is designed for easy repeat opening. Ergonomically designed lid allows for one-handed operation. Operation is extremely simple: load tubes, close lid, and press on/off button. For repeated spins, simply open/close lid to operate mini-centrifuge. As a safety feature, the motor will not operate if the lid is open. This personal centrifuge uses minimal benchtop space. Remove cord for compact storage. It has four heating levels (room temperature, 30 degrees C, 45 degrees C, and 60 degrees C) for concentrating lab samples. This concentrator is upgradeable and will connect to an existing vacuum.
